Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Whether you're in London, Lisbon, or Los Angeles — we’ll get your favorites to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?

- UK orders: 1–3 business days

- EU orders: 3–7 business days

- International orders: 5–10 business days You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over €60/£50. For smaller orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the details.

Warranties & Returns

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, lingerie bottoms are non-returnable unless unopened.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?

All of our items are quality-checked before shipping. If something doesn’t hold up as it should, email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How do I start a return?
