Orders & Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations (including Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand). Availability and rates are shown at checkout.
Order cutoff: 6:00 PM GMT (London). Processing time: 1–2 business days. Typical transit: 6–8 business days. Estimated delivery: usually 7–10 business days in total. Tracking is emailed once dispatched.
Yes — we offer free UK shipping on every order.
UK orders typically do not incur customs charges. For international deliveries, local taxes, duties or brokerage fees may apply; the recipient is responsible where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Email support@leonard-london.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.
