1) Return Policy Overview
  • Return window: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and documents.
  • Easy returns: Our customer support team will assist you throughout the process.

Return costs

  • Defective/incorrect items: No cost to you. Contact us right away; upon approval we’ll arrange a replacement or return at no extra charge.
  • Change of mind / wrong size or colour: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
2) How to Return an Item
  1. Contact us: Email support@leonard-london.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack your item: Re-pack securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  3. Send it back: Follow the instructions in our return authorisation email and drop the parcel with the indicated carrier.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3) Refund Process
  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It usually takes up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4) Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size, colour, or product? Return the item you have; once the return is accepted, place a new order. Our team is happy to help you choose the right replacement.

5) Non-Returnable Items

6) Damages & Issues
